27 of May, president of national Olympic Committee Ilham Aliyev , met with NAmik Abdullayev, winner of Olympic games and triple champion of Europe and his coaches.

Ilham Aliyev congratulates the sportsman and said that Namik Abdullayev an example for all sportsmen of the country.

President of national Olympic Committee pointed, that Namik Abdullayev achieved almost all the possible highest awards. Despite of his trauma he could become the champion third time. It shows that victory is unavoidable if you are serious in your attitude to sport. And exactly this is the reason why most of young and perspective sportsmen couldn't reach higher positions. Even after winning of gold Olympic medal, Namik Abdullayev didn't stop; he is training hardly for each forthcoming championship, and set an example to young sportsmen. For deserved protection of sport honour and showed love to the country , Ilham Aliyev once more gratitude the sportsman.

President of NOK wish success to Namik Abdullayev, and to coaches on forthcoming world championship, and on the Olympic Games which will take place next year in Athens.He said that Namik Abdullayev property of Azeri sport, but young sportsmen also should reach his level.

Senior coach of national team for wrestling, gratitude for meeting, and said that all achievements of sportsmen is merit of the Ilham Aliyev, president of national Olympic committee. He also pointed that providing of wrestlers by good conditions; building of new and modern sport facilities is one of the main moments which help to achieve higher positions.

Yagub Mamedov also gives detailed information about forthcoming big tournaments.

Olympic champion and triple winner of Europe championship Namik Abdullayev, also gratitude ilham Aliyev for attention to them and to whole sport in the country.

At the end of the meeting president of national Olympic Committee Ilham Aliyev asked about preparations for tournaments and said that all problems which take place now, will be solved in the nearest future.
