The President of the NOC, the first vice-president of SOCAR, deputy of the Milli Majlis Ilham Aliyev reported Heydar Aliyev that administrative corpus that was estimated for 900 000 dollars of the USA was built for the own means of the Committee under the project of Azerbaijan architecture Novruz Eldarli, who won stated tender; foreign firms didn't take participation in the construction of the handsome building that meet all modern construction standards, all construction-engineering works have been done by the state organization "Azertruboprovodstroy" for one year in concise time.

On the first floor of new building of NOC museum of Olympic movement, guest and personnel rooms, on the second floor apartments of the executive bodies of the Committee were placed, on the third floor cabinets of the management, working offices, conference-rooms were equipped, on the forth floor meeting rooms, information and computer centers were placed.

President of Azerbaijan accompanied by Ilham Aliyev, other leaders of NOC, guests and journalists introduced with the displays of the museum where presents to the Olympiads of the country, sportive journals, rewards of Azerbaijan sportsmen that were gained at the different international competitions, looked through modern equipment of the building, from the windows of which panorama of the city can be seen at the font of neew Olympic sportive-health complex and playing grounds.

Triumphant meeting devoted to the introduction into the exploitation of new administrative building of NOC that was open by the vice-president of the Committee Chingiz Houseyn-zadeh took place in the conference-room. Then the President of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev appealed to the gathered people with a large speech.
